Terms and Conditions for Participation in EasyTech365 Data Analysis Program

By enrolling in and/or attending any classes, workshops, or activities (collectively, the “Program”) offered by EasyTech365 at easytech365.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

1.1. To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have regular access to the internet and a device compatible with Google Meet.

1.2. Completion of the online registration form and payment of the applicable Training Fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1.3. EasyTech365 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or decline any application.

2. Program Description

2.1. The Program is an intensive, interactive, and practical training designed to kickstart your career in Data Analysis, covering:

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Power BI
• SQL
• AI & Data Analysis Techniques

2.2. Schedule & Mode:

• Duration: 3 classes per week
• Time: 8 PM – 10 PM (West Africa Time)
• Mode: 100% Online via Google Meet

3. Training Fee, Discounts, and Payment

3.1. The standard Training Fee for the Program is ₦75,000 (Nigerian Naira). A one-time 25% discount is offered as part of the promotional package.

3.2. Full payment of the discounted Training Fee is due at the time of registration.

3.3. Payment methods accepted: Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or other methods as advertised on the Website.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. You may request cancellation and a full refund up to 7 calendar days before the Program start date.

4.2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the Program start date or after the Program has commenced.

4.3. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to easytechnologies@gmail.com. EasyTech365 reserves the right to verify your enrollment and date of cancellation.

5. Exclusive Bonuses

5.1. CV Review & LinkedIn Optimization: Provided to all enrolled participants.

5.2. 2‑Month Internship: Offered to the top-performing student, as determined by EasyTech365’s assessment criteria. Internship placement is subject to availability and additional eligibility requirements.

5.3. Certificate of Completion: A globally recognized digital certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the Program and fulfillment of all coursework requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All course materials, slide decks, recordings, and supplemental resources (the “Materials”) are the intellectual property of EasyTech365 or its licensors.

6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6.3. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the Materials without express written permission from EasyTech365 is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. You agree not to share any proprietary information, training methodologies, or Materials provided by EasyTech365 with any third party without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyTech365’s total liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount of Training Fees paid by you.

8.2. EasyTech365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.

9. Changes to the Program or Terms

9.1. EasyTech365 reserves the right to modify the Program schedule, content, or format, and to update these Terms at any time.

9.2. Material changes to the Program or these Terms will be communicated via email to all registered participants at least 5 days prior to implementation.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10.2. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which either party may submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
